Naval talks are held between the British and the Russians. These talks relate to areas of collaboration in the event of war. The German general Molke meets in Karlsbad with his Austrian counterpart Conrad.

Moltke was one of Germany's leading generals at the beginning of the First World War.

NOTE: Please remember that war did not break out across Europe until August of 1914. The months prior to the outbreak of war are included to illustrate the build up to the conflict: and as such contain much less interactivity.
